Privacy and cookies

This page explains what happens to information about you when you visit this site and when you fill in our onboarding. In short: an ordinary visit leaves no information with us, and what you send us yourself is used only to help your business.

Last updated 7 October 2026.

The short version

  • We use no cookies, no analytics and no trackers.
  • Three things can be saved in your own browser: your language choice, which intro you chose and a draft of the onboarding. They are not sent to us.
  • We use what you send in the onboarding to prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to run your marketing.
  • You can always find out what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Infinity Sales 4PF FZ-LLC (Free Zone LLC), Trade Licence No. 47026982, FOB51296, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

Infinity is based in the United Arab Emirates, outside the EU. That is why we have a representative in the EU under Article 27 GDPR whom you can also contact: [FYLLS I: namn och adress på företrädare i EU enligt artikel 27 i dataskyddsförordningen].

How to reach us

Questions about your personal data, or want to use one of your rights? Write to hej@infintymedia.com. We reply within one month.

When you visit the site

The site is made of ordinary files: text, images, fonts and code. It has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no embedded content from other sites. The fonts are on our own server, so nothing is fetched from Google or anyone else while you read.

As with any visit on the web, the service that delivers the pages receives some technical information: your IP address, the time, which page you asked for and which browser you use. It is used only to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. The site is delivered by [FYLLS I: värdtjänst för sajten], which keeps this information for [FYLLS I: hur länge värdtjänstens loggar sparas].

The Log in link leads to Lester, the system where our team and our clients work. Lester has its own address, and what happens there is described in [FYLLS I: var Lesters integritetsinformation finns].

If you email us, we use your address and what you write to reply to you.

Cookies and what is saved in your browser

The site sets no cookies. It saves three things in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), and only if you use the feature yourself. None of it is sent to us.

NameWhat it containsWhyHow long
infinity-sprakThe language you chose, for example en.So the site shows your language next time. Saved only when you choose a language in the menu or the footer.Until you delete it in your browser.
infinity-introWhich intro you chose at the top of the home page: lightning or chrome. So that the home page shows the same intro next time. Only saved when you choose an intro with the switch at the top of the page.Until you remove it in your browser.
infinity-onboarding-v2What you have written in the onboarding, which step you were on, and when the draft was started. A hidden technical field is saved with it; it is always empty. So you can continue where you left off, without anything being sent to us until you send it yourself. At most 30 days. After that the draft is deleted automatically the next time you open the onboarding. It also goes when you send your answers, choose Start over, or delete it in your browser.

Is consent needed? No. Under the EU rules on cookies (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, implemented in each EU country’s law) consent is needed to store anything in your browser, except when it is strictly necessary for a service you have explicitly asked for. That applies to all three things here: the language choice is saved because you chose a language, the intro choice because you chose an intro, and the draft because you are filling in the onboarding. None of them is used for analytics, for advertising or to recognise you on other sites.

How to remove them: clear the site data for this site in your browser settings. In the onboarding, the Start over button removes the draft.

What you send in the onboarding

The onboarding asks about your business, so that we can prepare a proposal and then run your marketing. Most of it is about the business, not about you as a person. This information can be personal data:

  • Your email address. It is required, so that we can reply.
  • Phone number and visiting address, if you fill them in.
  • The business name, if it is your own name, for example for a sole trader.
  • Accounts on Instagram and TikTok, and the link to the Google profile.
  • What you write in the free-text fields, if it mentions people.

You decide what to fill in. Everything except the business name and your email address can be skipped.

Why, and on what legal basis: we use the information to reply to you, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, carry out the work. The legal basis is that it is needed to enter into and perform a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For information about other people mentioned in the free-text fields, the basis is our and your legitimate interest in marketing the business (Article 6(1)(f)).

Until you press Send, your answers exist only in your browser. When you send them, they go to Lester, Infinity’s own system, on a server at Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland, inside the EU.

Who receives the data

We never sell data and never share it for anyone else’s marketing. To deliver the service we use a few suppliers. Each gets only what it needs:

We also disclose information when the law requires it, for example to an authority.

Data outside the EU

Yes, some data is handled outside the EU and EEA:

  • Infinity is based in the United Arab Emirates. The data itself is stored in Finland, inside the EU, but Infinity staff in the United Arab Emirates can reach it from there. That access is the transfer out of the EU, and it is protected by [FYLLS I: skyddsåtgärd för överföring till Förenade Arabemiraten, till exempel EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler].
  • Anthropic, Google and Meta are US companies and may handle data in the United States. The transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the company is certified under it, and otherwise by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. [FYLLS I: bekräfta skyddsåtgärden för varje leverantör]
  • Lester’s servers: Finland, inside the EU.
  • The site’s host: [FYLLS I: i vilket land värdtjänstens uppgifter finns].

  • Data we must keep by law, such as invoices: [FYLLS I: vilken lag och hur länge].
  • Email sent to us: [FYLLS I: lagringstid för e-post].

What has been published on your accounts stays there until you remove it yourself.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • find out what data we hold about you, and get a copy (access)
  • have incorrect data corrected (rectification)
  • have data deleted when we no longer need it or are not allowed to keep it (erasure)
  • ask us to keep the data but not use it, for example while something is being checked (restriction)
  • object to our use of data based on legitimate interest (objection)
  • receive the data you have given us in a common digital format, so you can take it elsewhere (data portability)

Contact us at the address above. We reply within one month, and it costs nothing.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), imy.se, or to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.

About the content of the site

The site describes what we do. The demo and the figures in the graph are illustrations, not promises of results. Prices and terms for any work are in the agreement with you, not here. The site’s texts, images and code belong to Infinity; ask us before you use them.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
